We plan to have the site ready for business in mid-October.
What are the hours for the Drive-up ATMs?
Both Drive-up ATMs will be available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
Will the Drive-up ATMs be ADA accessible?
Yes, they will be ADA compliant.
How did you decide on the location of Yucca and Boulder City Parkway?
With the I-11 open, that location provides great access for those coming into and leaving town and that with reduced traffic on the road, the new ATMs will provide a safe and convenient location for members to conduct their financial transactions.
What kind of transactions can I do at the Drive-up ATMs?
You can make Deposits, Withdrawals, and Balance Inquiries.
Can I make loan payments at the drive-up ATMs?
Currently, loan payment transactions are not available through our ATMs. However, you could make a deposit into your account through the ATM and complete your loan payment with your Mobile App or online banking by making a transfer to the loan payment.
What denominations will the Drive-up ATMs dispense?
They will dispense $100 bills and $20 bills. You will always receive at least one $20 bill. If you request $100, you will receive five $20 bills. If you request $120, you will receive one $100 bill and one $20 bill.
Is there a fee to make withdrawals at the Drive-up ATMs?
Just like our ATMs in the lobby of the BDCU, there will be no fee for members using their BDCU cards or for a cardholder whose Credit Union belongs to the Co-op surcharge-free network. There will be a $2 fee for withdrawals for non BDCU or non-Co-op card holders.
Will we receive immediate credit for deposits made at the Drive-up ATMs like we currently do at the branch?
Yes, our BDCU members will receive immediate credit for deposits. Deposits going into other financial institutions would be under their own Credit Union’s ATM policy.
What if the ATM retains my card?
In the event that the ATM retains your card, we will block your current card for security and instant issue you a new card with a new number at the BDCU branch. Please contact us at (702) 293-7777 Option 1 as soon as you know that you do not have your card.
Should a non BDCU card be retained, it will be destroyed.
What if my cash or check deposit jams in one of the machines or I have other trouble?
When a jam occurs, it automatically shuts down that portion of the machine and creates a service call. Our offsite management vendor will have the issue resolved for you within 24-48 hours. If the machine jams or you need assistance after regular business hours, the best way to contact us would be the following:
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Call us at 702-293-7777 on the next regular business day.
Can I walk up to the Drive-up ATMs?
For your safety, we would prefer that you stay in your car to use the ATMs.
What can I do to remain safe while using a drive-up ATM?
Be aware of your surroundings—if there is anyone suspicious lingering around, come back later. Always keep your doors locked and your passenger windows rolled up.
Am I being filmed while at the drive-thru?
For your safety, security cameras will be onsite.
Will there also be people working at that location?
No, but both ATMs will be full service for withdrawals and deposits.
Do you plan to open another branch somewhere?
Not at this time but we hope this will provide additional service to our members.
Will you be installing other ATMs?
We will see how these perform but there are no immediate plans for additional ATMs at this time.
Will you be adding or removing the ATMs at the main location?
The current ATMs will remain in place to provide ATM service at our Avenue G location.
How much did the Drive-up ATMs cost?
Developing the site and purchasing the ATMs is pretty expensive but it is a lower cost way to expand our business footprint than building out a full service branch. We are happy to have a presence on the main street into town.
