Online Bill Pay: Has New Features Effective April 21, 2016
When you logon to CU@HOME you will see your BILL PAY tab. You may be asked to read and accept the new "Terms of Service" when you click on the tab. If you do not have an email address, you will be required to enter one on your user PROFILE. An email address is required to receive alerts, reminders, and notices for the new eBill options. Please verify your name, address, phone number and email address. We need current contact information in the event our fraud detection service notifies us of any suspicious activity and we then need to contact you. PROTECT YOUR ACCOUNT; NEVER GIVE YOUR LOGON ID OR PASSWORD TO ANYONE. NEVER ALLOW ANYONE TO CONNECT TO YOUR PC, THEY MAY BE ATTEMPTING FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. IF YOU THINK THIS HAS HAPPENED, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
When you access the BILL PAY tab you will see the new "PAYMENT CENTER" where you will pay your bills. There will be new tabs: "ACTIVITY", "POPMONEY", "TRANSFER MONEY", "MY ACCOUNTS", "MY PROFILE" and "HELP CENTER". Please watch the video below to learn how the new service works.
Transfer money to almost anyone in the US with just an email address or phone number. Popmoney is on a tab in your Bill Pay tab. The person you are paying will receive an email or text message on how to receive the funds at their financial institution. If you send the money by email, you can send it with a customized email with a unique design(eGreeting). You can also send a request for money from a person using popmoney. You will receive an email or text when it is sent with instructions on how to deposit it to your account.

"TRANSFER MONEY" tab allows you to transfer money to your account at another financial institution. To add an account click on "add an account" to input your other Credit Union or bank account's routing number and account number. You will go through a verification process to validate the account. Once this is completed, you can start sending money to and from that account. There is a small fee for transferring money. It will be displayed when you schedule a transfer.
Our Online Banking and Bill Pay processor sets the LIMITS for Bill Payments, popmoney and Transfer Money. We cannot change these limit amounts. We can assist you with how to add merchants, persons to pay, scheduling payments, changing payments, and using the service. For assistance with other issues like payments not received by the payee, please call 844-596-1509 the number at the bottom your Bill Pay screen. This phone number is for the primary member service center and it's employees are the only ones able to research and supply copies, proof of payment, place stop pays, and credit your account for payments that cannot be delivered or have stop pays.
